PROPOSE MARKETING INVESTMENT TO PARTNER UNIVERSITY

Challenge: External marketing team focused on execution but facing challenges due to partner’s perceived brand position. The team wanted to propose additional brand investments and needed help getting their ideas articulated.

Approach: Facilitated in-house ideation workshop. Identified quick wins that could be implemented in-house and additional strategies which were documented and priced for partner’s consideration.

Result: Partner institution presented with an investment proposal which was endorsed. Team now executing.

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING REVIEW & DIAGNOSTIC

Challenge: Marketing and Recruitment operating separately without shared understanding of investment priorities or an agreed strategy to grow international revenue.

Approach: Reviewed data across market share, sales channels, in-market demand, and product portfolio against competitor data. An internal audit, identified operational barriers that required systems, policy or governance solutions. Agreed the focus markets for additional digital marketing investment.

Result: Agreed focus markets and proposed three investment scenarios for further investment. Developed a business case for a permanent offshore presence in a key focus market. Identified inconsistent and uncompetitive entry requirements.

OFFSHORE CAMPUS DOMESTIC AND RECRUITMENT STRATEGY

Challenge: Enrolments at an offshore campus required to increase dramatically within the year or campus would close.

Approach: Special recruitment and marketing budget proposed for domestic and international. Radiant Marketing led the delivery of international digital marketing campaigns and the lead conversion strategy.

Result: +75% growth in acceptances

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT LAUNCH

The Challenge: New generation of programs seeking strong international enrolments but outside traditional degree demand for this segment.

Approach: Special go-to-market investment with a suite of creative assets to support digital marketing and in-person marketing.

Result: Strong attendance at live and virtual events. Key programs experienced a surge in growth.
