1. How did Radiant marketing help your project/team?
For the period of around two months, Tanya quickly and diligently took on the role of bringing together various stakeholders from within the business to take them through several virtually-conducted workshops with the team. The aim of the workshops was to ‘extract’ all the knowledge and ideas from the stakeholders for Tanya to then be able to compile this into a succinct strategy with recommendations, findings, purpose and next steps. Without much back and forth we were then able to take this strategy back to our Partner and the feedback received was extremely positive.

Tanya’s ability to work around a large group and conduct multiple workshops (all virtually) was very impressive. She had a seamless approach to this and ensured high engagement during the entire process. Furthermore, the discussions that Tanya elicited from the group through her questions, exercises and activities were highly valuable as she helped us to see and address our issues from a different lens which is a great quality to possess.
